This flat captures the essence of Rome with its blend of classic charm and contemporary flair. The sleek, modern furniture alongside the industrial, rustic decor create a harmonious mix of past and present.

Working with Marriott Portfolio Homes, we revived a dated flat into a mid-let for discerning corporate and business travellers that balanced critical functionality (WFA tech, well-lit) with an “at home” warmth and comfort. Given the flats sunny disposition, natural light governed the industrial chic design. Minimal clutter, modern lines, glass partitions worked together to reduce light obstruction; sunlight our central design ingredient. The organic Murano glass vessel (not shown in photo) brought curves, high contrast colour and romance for a bit of glamour and dimension.
